We divide our internships into 3 parts. During the first 6 weeks you will function in the back of house as you learn our systems and provide valuable feedback to our leadership team. You will then spend 6 weeks in the front of house operations as you manage multiple tasks and employ your customer service skills. Based on your performance review in those areas, you may be offered the option to shadow supervise an area for your last 2 weeks.
