Description

1. Perform typical duties of Host, Server, and Server Assistant/Busser as required. Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Greeting guests and showing them to their seats • Taking orders • Delivering food and beverages • Clearing tables • Removing garbage • Ensuring restaurant cleanliness 2. Perform typical duties of Bartender (must be at least 21 years of age) and Barback as required. Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Interacting with guests to suggestively sell beverage and menu items based on likes • Preparing drinks and cocktails • Recognizing when guests are becoming too intoxicate and refuse further service • Ensuring bar and bar equipment is clean and fully stocked 3. Be knowledgeable of menu and specials 4. Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and conducts table visits. 5. Performs opening and closing duties according to policy. 6. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Currently working towards degree in hospitality, restaurant, culinary, business, or equivalent field preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, and restaurant operations with POS check and cash handling experience helpful
• Previous food service, food preparation and/or bartending experience helpful
• Must have outgoing personality
• Passion for the hospitality business and compassion for people
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
• ABC Certification required
• Servsafe certification required
• Valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record required
• This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.
