If you need housing during the length of your internship, we are happy to help. There are several great housing options available in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg.

Introducing the NEWEST International Residence Hall in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. International Residence Hall manages the building and is staffed 24/7. We provide safe, clean, affordable living for international students, SHIP college students and other seasonal workforce for an unforgettable experience in the beautiful Sevier County, Tennessee community.

Following successful registration within SHIP, you will receive an email notification for account set up.  Once your account is established, you will receive a link to our housing portal which will include:  lease, handbook, payment options, and roommate request form.   We will do our very best to honor all requests.

All vehicles must be registered with IRH Management Office. You will be required at time of Registration to provide proof of Insurance and purchase a parking permit ($20).  Permit fee can be paid in cash or by credit/debit card.  Any vehicle not registered or parked illegally may be towed away at the owner’s expense.

Required Fees & Deposits for Housing

$470 due at check-in (cash or credit card – Visa/MC/Discover)
$200 – Security Deposit (refundable)
$140 – Rent (First week)
$ 50 – Laundry fee - one-time
$ 100 – Administrative fee
$ 25 - Parking fee - one-time

Housing is available for students ages 18-25. No pets allowed. Housing is reserved through the Southern Hospitality Internship Program (SHIP) but is managed by and payable to the housing partner. Housing is considered reserved but not guaranteed until confirmed by the housing partner.
