Reserve Housing

Smoky Mountain Student Lodge is located one block from the Parkway within an easy walk of most of the Downtown Gatlinburg area. For longer trips, there is a Trolley stop conveniently located at the front of the Property.

For the use of our guests, the property has a community kitchen with ranges for preparing meals, a common dining area to eat with friends or hang out, a fitness room for getting that workout in, and an office/printer in the Clubhouse when you need to print those event tickets.

There is a dedicated laundry facility on site located at the front of the property to handle all your laundry needs.

In addition, we have recreation such as basketball, ping pong, corn hole and other outdoor games for your use while staying with us.

Limited parking is available on-site. Check with the facility for details.

The Rooms

Smoky Mountain Student Lodge has 4 general room types:

• Standard Quad Room, Building B. (30 Rooms)
  
  • These rooms have an open configuration with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette in the rear of room.
• Large bathroom Triple, Building B. (2 Rooms)
  
  • These rooms are ADA compatible and located on the 1st floor.
• Standard Quad Room, Building A. (10 Rooms)
  
  • These rooms have the sleeping area separated from the front bath and kitchenette area.
• Gardenside Triple, Building A (4 rooms)
  
  • These 1st floor rooms are located next to the garden and picnic area.

  Each room contains a dedicated locker for each student, a standard size refrigerator, microwave, desk and chair, en-suite bathroom and WI-FI.
