We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking for a fast paced work environment where you will be able to influence the direction of a new company. As an Attraction Management Intern you will be responsible for safety and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer safety and satisfaction
• Work with fellow team members to meet customer needs and daily goals
• Create a safe and fun atmosphere

Timeline

First 2-4 Weeks

• Management training on the different departments within the attraction

Following 2 weeks

• Management training on the lead roles within the business

Remaining 6-8 weeks

• Training on assistant manager responsibilities

• Strong team player
• Decisive and able to quickly make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Able and willing to work flexible schedules/shifts
• Previous tourism/entertainment experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
