Coaster Attendants are responsible for the safety of our Guests while enjoying their ride on the Mountain Coaster.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist all Guests in loading, riding, and unloading the Mountain Coaster carts
• Inform Guests on the proper way to ride the coaster to ensure safety and fun
• Responsible for making positive contact with our Guests
• Responsible for Guest safety at the Mountain Coaster
• Assist with setup and takedown of the Mountain Coaster carts
• Works closely with Coaster Mechanic to assist and resolve any problems that may arise on the coaster
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area while paying attention to detail
• Documenting and responding to incidents properly and professionally
• Attend all required trainings and meetings
• Follow company and department policies and procedures
• Any other duties as assigned by the Coaster Supervisor

• Great customer service skills
• Must be safety conscious and able to make quick decisions
• Must be able to work independently or in a small team to accomplish daily job tasks
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to work for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old
