Our internship program is designed to help you sharpen the skills you learned in the classroom by applying them to practical work situations that are both challenging and rewarding. Culinary Intern Experience
• 4 weeks in Full Service Dining – Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Line Cook
• 4 weeks in Family Dining – Line Cook
• 2 weeks in Bakery – assist lead baker
• 4 weeks in Productions/Catering – Festival Prep Cook, Catering Cook
Intern will complete an end of program project
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a continuing education/college program
- Must have basic computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of personal liability insurance according to state law.
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
