The Food & Beverage opportunity will guide you through the process of preparing quality food and beverage, providing exceptional service and creating a guest experience that will create lasting memories.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Food preparation to ensure the delivery of quality products
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
• Follow recipe and preparation guidelines to exceed guest expectations
• Educate guests by presenting and explaining menu options
• Generate revenue by attracting new customers through engagement
• Maintain inventories, stock products, maintain equipment
• Perform open/closing duties along with staff scheduling
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation through cleanliness, proper food rotation and labeling
• Enhance outlet reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

• Effective communication skills, basic math and reading skills, ability to follow directions
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays and maintain satisfactory attendance
• Ability to interact with guests and co-workers in an upbeat, positive manner
• Continuous standing, bending, stooping, lifting, stretching and frequent over-head lifting will be required when staging, preparing or
packaging menu items and/or cleaning
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to maintain good personal hygiene and neat, clean appearance
