POSITION SUMMARY:

In this position, you would be part of our Tech Support team assisting crew members with various computer-related activities at Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, point of sale systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company in person or over the phone.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be enrolled in a continuing education/college program
  - Customer Service experience

  - Some experience in the following is helpful: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Microsoft Server 2012+, Microsoft
  Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite and Networking/Switching hardware
  - Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which will require some evenings, weekends and holidays
