We are looking for a highly motivated, smiling, hard working room inspector. Room inspectors assist the Housekeeping Manager with the daily operations as needed. Responsible for inspecting and cleaning guest rooms while providing exceptional customer service. Accountable for inspecting required number of rooms, training housekeepers and cleaning rooms as required by company and brand standards. Oversee and ensure that the staff meets all cleanliness and condition requirements. Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information.

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move throughout building, bend, stoop and reach to assist other staff members, i.e., room attendants and inspectors to complete their individual tasks if situation demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.
