Description
A customer's first impression is vital as it sets the tone for their entire dining experience. Come learn how to properly greet customers, seat them in a time frame reasonable to both them and the capabilities of the servers. Do this while multi-tasking with a ringing phone, customers with questions, servers with needs and more! Never a dull day. After 6 weeks at this position, transition to the expo line. This is the heartbeat of the restaurant, as it connects the FOH and BOH and is the point to identify and correct any issues. You will spend 6 weeks here, learning how to be proactive to ensure a great service, and what to things when things go a little sideways. Your final two weeks will be spent shadowing a Supervisor, learning how they get their job done.
