Description
Want experience in Food Service Management with a company that has multiple successful food venues? Then you have come to the right place! The intern will perform and train in various food service locations along with administrative duties. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but the Food Service Manager may identify other responsibilities of the position.
- Summary Of Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing multiple food locations
- Scheduling for all locations
- Ordering and inventory control
- Unloading shipments
- Cooking and preparing food in all locations
- Participate in Performance Reviews and provide daily feedback
- Cashiering
- Records amounts received and prepare reports of transactions including voids
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Cleaning
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a continuing education/college program
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to lift thirty (30) lbs.
- Must have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Able to maintain good personal hygiene
- Able to speak, read and write in English
- Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility
