New in May 2020, Smokies Housing sits on the outskirts of Sevierville just minutes from shopping, restaurants & entertainment. Smokies Housing consists of two 3-story buildings featuring student-style units hosting two participants per room with a shared private bathroom and tons of amenities to make you feel right at home.

Required Fees & Deposits for Housing
$400 due at check-in (cash or check)$200 – Rent – first 2 weeks
$150 – Security deposit (refundable)
$ 50 – Administrative fee
Laundry is credit card operated (Visa/MC/Discover/AE)
Mail Fee – $1.00 per package

Housing is available for students ages 18-25. No pets allowed. Housing is reserved through the Southern Hospitality Internship Program (SHIP) but is managed by and payable to the housing partner. Housing is considered reserved but not guaranteed until confirmed by the housing partner. Students are tenants of the housing partner and weekly housing fees are payable directly to the housing partner.
