Description
SUMMARY: Responsible for all activities on both resort properties, as well as participation in activities for community-based events. Works as liaison between management, guests and the community to ensure our activities are fun and age-level appropriate while getting our name and Molly and Monty’s image out to the community. Ensures that activities are planned and executed well, staying within budget guidelines. Constantly seeks new venues and activities to keep our community-based outreach growing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
*Assist with, help coordinate and attend all special activities and guest events as directed by Management.
*Excellent communication and organization skills.
*Assist in planning special events associated with the Wilderness.
*Represent the Wilderness at community events as request by Management.
*Establish and maintain good relationships with the local community on behalf of the Wilderness.
*Coordinate and supervise “Kids activities” including and not limited to the Wilderness Kids’ Club.
*Monitor and coordinate all ”MONTY” and “MOLLY” appearances.
*Assist HR in coordinating all “associate special events”.
*All other duties as assigned by management.
