Description
The Banquet and Culinary Intern is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef across the hotel restaurant, banquet/catering, administrative, and stewardship operations.
Restaurant - 80 hours total
Banquets/Catering - 120 hours total
Administrative - 120 hours total
Stewardship - 24 hours total
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Read and understand English.
• Minimum 2 years cooking experience preferred (preferably high volume)
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
