Bakery Intern Experience:

• 2 weeks in Full Service Dining
• 2 weeks in Family Style Dining
• 6 weeks in Baking and Candy Making
• 4 weeks in Productions/Catering
• Complete an end of program project

• Must be enrolled in a continuing education/college program
• Must have basic computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of personal liability insurance according to state law.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
