The Rooms Division opportunity will lead you through the process of ensuring a warm welcome for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a guest experience that will create lasting memories.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set the tone of our guests' stay with a warm welcome and efficient check-in process.
• Familiarize the guest with the features and amenities of the property.
• Focus on the care and cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to create a welcome and comfortable place for our guests.
• Monitor inventory room supplies including glassware, toiletries, linens, etc.
• Staff scheduling and labor management
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guests.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests aiming to exceed expectations.
• Create and monitor Front Desk/Housekeeping assignments.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms
• Create lasting memories through the use of towel art and creative placement of amenities.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Supervise Rooms staff and follow-up job assignments.

Effective communication skills, basic math and reading skills, ability to follow directions
Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays and maintain satisfactory attendance
Ability to interact with guests and co-workers in an upbeat, positive manner
Continuous standing, bending, stooping, lifting, stretching and frequent over-head lifting will be required when staging, preparing or packaging menu items and/or cleaning
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to maintain good personal hygiene and neat, clean appearance
