A unique opportunity to use human resource and business knowledge to assist the HR Specialist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
Responsibilities ~
- Use the Paycor System and human resource functions for a successful transition to paperless records.
- Collaborate with the HR Specialist to provide Paycor analysis.
- Assist with in-person interviews for a variety of hospitality positions.
- Utilize professional interview procedures in order to pinpoint the best candidates.
- Communicate with candidates in a timely manner, from first contact to a potential job offer.
- Comply with Federal, State, and Company hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- College student or recent graduate (up to 2 years)
- College Classes and/or experience in business, human resources, or recruiting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as a team
